WakeMed is Hiring a First Cook at our Cary Hospital in the Patient and Café Services Department!
The First Cook is responsible for preparation of all assigned meals for patients, cafeteria and catered functions. This role will also support the production for the next meal by cooking menu items and doing preparation work as assigned. The cook serves on the patient tray line and prepares late trays for delivery to patients. This role is responsible for consistently adhering to the standards of food safety and sanitation. This is a full-time position at our WakeMed Cary Hospital in the Patient and Café Services department.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 5:00am-8:00pm
Weekend Requirements: Every Other
