We arecurrently looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whose compassion, clinicalexpertise, and excellence are top priority. As an RN, you will conductpatient assessments and develop and implement nursing care plans to fosterquality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to apply sound judgment,clinical expertise, and execute critical nursing interventions to all patientpopulations within the patient care setting.
Duties of theRN maybe include the following but not limited to:
Assesspatient's status, analyze and interpret information for intervention
Work withphysicians to facilitate quality patient care
Confers withNursing Supervisors / Director as it relates to patient care outcomes on acontinuous basis with other departments by directing activities towardspositive outcomes
Establishesdelivery system and utilize nursing process
Followspolicies, procedures, standards for hospital
Current Stateof South Carolina nursing license or licensure from another compact statewithin the prescribed guidelines of the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
One (1) yearacute care experience or one (1) year specialty area experience preferred.
ACLScertification within 6 months of hire or signing this job description.
CurrentNeonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire or signingthis job description.
Certificationin AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 6 months of hire or signing thisjob description, and is to be recertified every two years thereafter.
Certificationin specialty area preferred.
